Wood shelves can become contaminated after years of storing pesticides. If wood shelving is used to store pesticides, the wood should be sealed to allow easy spill cleanup or even better is the use of storage tubs placed on the shelves that can contain spills and prevent further contamination.

Pesticides should NEVER be stored where children, pets or unauthorized people have access to them.
