On September 2, 2009, the department adopted amendments to chapter 16-497 WAC that:

1. add hop stunt viroid and arabis mosaic viruses to the list of diseases that hop planting stock entering the state needs to be certified free of; and
2. revise the current language to make it more clear and readable and to reflect current industry practices.

Adoption Date: September 2, 2009  Effective Date:  October 3, 2009
