Agency-Request Legislation

A legislative proposal must be approved by the Governor to be offered as agency-request legislation. Typically, WSDA and other agencies submit proposals to the Governor's Office in early fall and are notified of approved proposals by the end of November.

2009 Agency-Request Legislation
WSDA did not submit any legislative proposals to the Governor for the 2009 Legislative Session.  Information on WSDA's Operating Budget request is found on the Budget Information page.
